But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. (James 1:22)

Have we forfeited our sense of hearing that God gave us? Today, I challenge you to listen more to the word of God and less of your natural instincts.

See to it brothers and sisters, that non of you has a sinful, unbelieving heart that turns away from the living God.           (Heb 3:12)

If we turn to evil then what purpose is there for good in our lives. I challenge you today to examine, weigh and sort the pros and cons. God is faithful and will lead you if you want to be led. 

For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.   (Heb 4:12)

I challenge you today, to obtain and keep the word of God continuous in your lives. 

My goal is that they may be encouraged in heart and united in love, so that they may have the full riches of complete understanding in order that they may know the mystery of God, namely Christ. (Col 2:2)

What and who came that allowed our love and encouragement to be counted as theft? A thief comes to steal. Have we forfeited our power of love and faith in our lives to a thief? I challenge you to take your possessions back.

When I say to the wicked , O wicked man, thou shalt surely die; if thou does not speak to warn the wicked from his way, that wicked man shall die in his iniquity, but the blood I will not require at your hand. (Ezekiel 33:9)

I encourage all to live accordingly so that your soul prospers in Christ. I challenge you to remain on a straight path for the sake of your life, eternally. 

Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water.           (Heb 10:22)

Does natural water cleanse us completely? I invite you to spiritually bathe with the water of Christ to purify your hearts and minds.

For the Lord watches over the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked leads to destruction. (Ps 1:6)

When our ways please the Lord, he watches over us like a father does a child. If a person delights in evil, then the ruler of evil and darkness will payback with calamity. I challenge you to stay with the Lord and forfeit evil from your path, for the reward is great.

God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. (Ps 46:1)
