If we were #bought with a #price, why #return ourselves for #damaged #goods?

REFERENCE:

For you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.(1 Cor 6:20)

THOUGHTS:

If we are no longer used products and damaged goods, why sell ourselves? Do we need to be reminded that Jesus Christ already paid the price for our redemption? We are no longer enslaved by this world and society. The ransom has been paid and we are to honor our bodies as a precious jewel. Today, I challenge you to allow your body to be present and saturated in Christ and absent from worldly influences.

Now that you have your #gift from #Christ, do you #unwrap it or #store it #away?

REFERENCE:

As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace. (1 Peter 4:10)

THOUGHTS:

When gifts are distributed, do we compare them or embrace them? Gifts are carefully selected for specific people with specific characters. They are chosen for the sake of divine use and purpose. There are no mistakes in gift giving. When one gives, one receives. In the same way, we ought to share with each other as Christ has been given to us. Today, I challenge all to make use of the divine gifting in you for the sake of Christ and others.

If #one is #physically #crippled and not #spiritually crippled, #do we still #walk after #Christ?…

REFERENCE:

Now this is say and testify in the Lord, that you must no longer walk as gentiles do, in the futility of their minds. (Ephesians 4:17)

MY THOUGHTS:

Now that we are new and improved, do we continue walking in the path of old? When considering our course of travel, do we imitate what we know or where we want to be Christ? If we had no legs, would we discontinue our faith walk? Today, I challenge you to change directions and walk after the footprints of Christ.

Are we #drinking the #contaminated #issues of this #world that #leaves us #dry and #thirsty?

O God, you are my God; earnestly I seek you; my soul thirsts for you; my flesh faints for you; as in a dry and weary land where there is no answer. (Psalms 63:1)

If a person walks in the desert of life, how do we maintain our thirst? Have we been drinking unfiltered water? Have we considered the purification that Christ provides in the dry and unfruitful land? Desperation and despair will resort to any means of survival. Today, I challenge you to seek Christ, so that your internal land which is your soul, never becomes thirsty.

If the #power and #authority is there to #make it #easy, why should one #imagine it #being #hard?

Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh. Is anything too hard for me?                   (Jeremiah 32:27)

Why wrestle with the challenge if the challenge is not yours to begin with. If a defeat seems evident, it needs to be handed over to a stronger candidate. Have we thought of the outcome in a winning mindset? Does our defeated thought outweigh the strength of God? If we say no, then why do we contend with it? For if God, is the true contender of all mankind, then why step in the ring of doubt and defeat? There can only be one winner and one loser. There are no tie breakers in the the Kingdom of God, only winners. Through salvation, victory is already won and we are truly redeemed. Today, I challenge you to see your victory greater than your expectation.

#Continue to #wear the #belt of #righteousness to #hold up our #soul…

Righteousness shall be the belt of his waist, and faithfulness the belt of his loins.( Isaiah 11:5)

What happens to our belt of righteousness when we do not wear it? Does it fall to the ground in the same regard as our pants? Have we replaced it with another type of belt? If so, does it sustain or hold us together completely? When righteousness prevails, all else is deleted. Today, I challenge you to go right with righteousness and leave unrighteousness.

Do we #inhale and #breathe #joy if it is #present in the #atmosphere?…

Splendor and majesty are before him; strength and joy are in his dwelling place.    (1 Chronicles 16:27)

Have we entered the resting place of joy and peace? Are we constantly wrestling with the inconsistencies of our own efforts? Do we know the true divine meaning of peace in Christ Jesus? Today, I challenge you to embrace, remain and position yourself in the everlasting place of absolute joy in Christ.

When a #new #thing is being #produced, what #happens to the #old?…

Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert. (Isaiah 43:19)

When a new thing is being presented, do we see it as Christ does? Where does the old stand if the new is here? Do we continue to contemplate on what could or could not be? If it is written and confirmed by Christ, we will see it more clearer when it is revealed. Allow your faith to make sense of the reality that Christ has predestined for our lives. When it springs like a fruit in season, it will be ripe and ready to eat. The miracle is and has been prepared for now. Grab, see and hold on to it with warm embrace. Today, I challenge you to be in position, so that we are spiritually transported into our divine plan that he has for us.

A #foe #stands on #you and a #friend #stands by #you…

And the scripture was fulfilled that says, “Abraham believed God, and it was counted to him as righteousness -and he was called a friend of God.(James 2:23)

When God stands by us, his shadow covers the enemy completely. The enemy is not our friend unless we give it permission. Sometimes if we are not careful, our faith can be distorted and we become deceived by the entrapment. False hope and false vision will blind the hearts and minds of our spirit, only if we permit it. When we we fully believe and trust in God for all things, He will stick by us so we can become one in the spirit. However, righteousness of God will not be considered when we are contrary to his will and lack of faith. Today, I challenge you to challenge your own ability to maintain your belief no matter what.
