We #cannot have #one #without the #other unless we #willingly #cut it #off…

REFERENCE:

Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in me. (John 15:4)

THOUGHTS:

If a limb is missing we are not fully functional or capable of performing a task as we would with both limbs. However, some may say that you can perform equally but if all were missing, how would one function as a unit? For the sake of our mind and soul, in the same regard, you cannot function as a whole unless your mind tells your body to do so. With regard to Christ, we can do nothing on our own. We all function with him as a complete product. For if pieces are missing, it will result in a malfunction. Remaining in the presence of Christ and not detaching ourselves, brings about full capability and use of all that we are made of spiritually. Today, I challenge you to remain and stay attached to the tree which is rooted in Christ Jesus.

Will you #change your #eating #habits or #diet to #consume and make #room for the #word of #God?…

REFERENCE:

Your words were found, and I ate them, and your words became to me joy and the delight of my heart, for I am called by your name, O Lord, God of hosts. (Jeremiah 15:16)

THOUGHTS:

What you eat, will consume you and the results will be evident. With that being said, are we able to digest everything that we eat? Also, after digestion, is it good for the soul? Consumption is necessary when it is most beneficial to us. However, are we mindful of the things that we perceive as good for our natural body versus our soul? In the natural, we are so accustomed to taste and smell as it relates to a full course meal. Although, a full course meal is most vital and beneficial to our body, it is only a percentage of our necessity in life. Today, I challenge you to prepare the word of God in your spiritual kitchen so that you are fully nourished at all times.

Where is the #buried #treasure in your #life #stored?…

REFERENCE:

For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. (Matthew 6:21)

THOUGHTS:

Where is your heart buried and contained?  Do we even acknowledge that our heart is elsewhere other than being with us? What are the contents of your heart at present? If our hearts are consumed in matters other than in Christ, then where does it remain? When distractions, wickedness and the deception of this world take over, our hearts follow and it turns into an investment. Today, I challenge you to store the treasure of your heart in the Kingdom, so that it is carefully and safely watched over.

Have we #signed a #permission #slip to #give #authority to the #enemy over our #lives?…

REFERENCE:

Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall hurt you. (Luke 10:19)

THOUGHTS:

Have we signed a permission slip unwillingly to give up our authority? If so, whom did we give permission to? Have we given permission on more than one occasion? This is the season of giving and Christ was born to give himself to us. Along with himself, he has also given us several things, one being authority. Have we truly exercised our God given power? Today, I challenge you to accept the divine authority that God has given to execute the evils of this age and around us. I declare and decree no prosperity of demonic forces over us! In Jesus Name! Amen.

Have we #unwrapped and #acknowledged the #true #gift that was #given to the #world?…

REFERENCE:

For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of peace.

THOUGHTS:

The first and everlasting gift that will always be present is our life in Christ Jesus. No other gift known to mankind can replace him. A Savior and King was born for all and that gift alone, is priceless. Today, I challenge you to receive and carry Christ and not the temporary possessions of this age.

What are you #saying to the #mountain in your #life that #looks too #high?…

REFERENCE:

Truly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, be taken up and thrown into the sea, and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will come to pass, it will be done for him.

THOUGHTS:

What ongoing conversations have you had with yourselves? Have we been speaking to the spirit of deception, lies and trickery? Those forces are already defeated and will not prosper unless we allow them to. However, if we allow them to do so, there is no need to remove the blindfolds and earplugs. On the other hand, have we ever considered speaking to that very big mountain that has developed within us? Can we foresee victory in spite of how impossible it appears to be at present? Physical mountains are stationary and are complacent. They will only crumble or fall apart if we exercise our God given authority. Today, I challenge you to speak and command every mountain of obstacles and circumstances with expectation.

#Walk in the #way that #results in #obtaining #goodness from #above…

REFERENCE:

So as to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to him: bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God.

THOUGHTS:

No need to walk when there is no direction given or reward received. All else is irrelevant and will not deem fruitful. When a way is prepared before us, why ignore it? Seeking and searching for righteous is not obtained or discovered in the realm of the flesh. It is obtained by greater works and consistency in the word of God. Have we realized how far of a journey we have traveled? Not to mention the grace and mercy that has followed and went before us. Today especially, I challenge you to create a path of integrity and works of the spirit, that are vital to every day living leading to eternal life.

Do we #believe the #word or the #world?…

REFERENCE:

But the word of the Lord remains forever. And this word is the good news that was preached to you. (1 Peter 1:25)

THOUGHTS:

When everything fails, do we still stand on the word of God? Do we allow and give power to what we hear around us to control our going and coming? For the circumstances and dilemmas of this world have proven to be temporal. However, the eternal word of God supercedes the most challenging and adverse times we face. Today, I challenge and dare you to stand on the firm rock, which is the word of the Holy One. Whatever you eat, so you are.

When #prayer #avails, #evil #fails…

REFERENCE:

Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working.

THOUGHTS:

All things work for those who pray, do not cease and are consistent. When consistent prayer is not present, the results are cloudy. Perseverance, diligence and persistence are the ingredients to manifestation and revelation. Continue in prayer, fasting and words of faith. Today, I challenge you to pray, listen and seek what belongs to you in Christ Jesus.
