REFERENCE:

I will save you from the hands of the wicked
and deliver you from the grasp of the cruel.

THOUGHTS:

Today, I challenge you to rely on the Lord, thy God, to deliver and rescue you from the hand of the wicked. We can do nothing on our own.

REFERENCE:

Friend deceives friend,
and no one speaks the truth.
They have taught their tongues to lie;
they weary themselves with sinning.
You live in the midst of deception;
in their deceit they refuse to acknowledge me,”
declares the LORD. Jeremiah 9:5-6

THOUGHTS:

Today, I challenge you to always speak the truth about the Lord and banish any lies or falsehoods from among you.

REFERENCE:

Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak. Matthew 14:38

THOUGHTS:

Today, I challenge you to pray harder so that the pitfalls of temptation do not overtake you. Put your full confidence and trust in him. That way, he will provide an escape plan. 

REFERENCE:

He is the Rock, his works are perfect,
and all his ways are just.
A faithful God who does no wrong,
upright and just is he. Deuteronomy 32:4

THOUGHTS:

Today, I challenge you to determine if your ways are faithful and upright, like our God.

For though the righteous fall seven times, they rise again,
but the wicked stumble when calamity strikes. Proverbs 24:16

THOUGHTS:

Today, I challenge you to stay the course, even if you fall. The Father of grace and mercy is always there, waiting to pick you up.

REFERENCE:

Whoever serves me must follow me; and where I am, my servant also will be. My Father will honor the one who serves me. John 12:26

THOUGHTS:

Today, I challenge you to examine where your commitment as a servant lies. It is for man or Christ?

REFERENCE:

Jesus called his twelve disciples to him and gave them authority to drive out impure spirits and to heal every disease and sickness. Matthew 10:1

THOUGHTS:

Today, I challenge you to make use of the authority that Christ has given us.

REFERENCE:

For whoever would love life
and see good days
must keep their tongue from evil
and their lips from deceitful speech. 1 Peter 3:10

THOUGHTS:

Today, I challenge you to be aware of your speech. The production of good and evil starts with your tongue and lips. Let us be conscious of what we say at all times so that it edifies those around us to give life.

REFERENCE:

They entered into a covenant to seek the LORD, the God of their ancestors, with all their heart and soul. 2 Chronicles 15:12

THOUGHTS:

Today, I challenge you to seek the Lord wholeheartedly and plant your soul in Him.

REFERENCE:

Consider him who endured such opposition from sinners, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart. Hebrews 12:3

THOUGHTS:

Today, I challenge you to endure by faith, and have an expectation of victory. He who is faithful will see us through.
