REFERENCE:

The Spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing. The words I have spoken to you—they are full of the Spirit and life.

THOUGHTS:

Today, I challenge you to align your life with the word of the Spirit  so that we can live and benefit from it.

REFERENCE:

So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.
See to it that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy, which depends on human tradition and the elemental spiritual forces of this world rather than on Christ. Colossians 2:6-8

THOUGHTS:

Today, I challenge you to follow and live under the authority of the one who called you, which is Jesus Christ, our Lord.

REFERENCE:

So this is what the Sovereign LORD says:
“See, I lay a stone in Zion, a tested stone,
a precious cornerstone for a sure foundation;
the one who relies on it
will never be stricken with panic. Isaiah 28:16

THOUGHTS:

Today, I challenge you to wholeheartedly seek and rely on the firm foundation of the Lord. In all things, He is our refuge and the anchor to our soul when it is weak.

REFERENCE:

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God. 2 Corinthians 1:3

THOUGHTS:

Today, I challenge you to be encouraged no matter what, because the Lord our God is our true comforter. It is up to us to take possession of what is given to us freely by the Lord, who keeps us in perfect peace. 

REFERENCE:

The LORD will guide you always;
he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land
and will strengthen your frame.
You will be like a well-watered garden,
like a spring whose waters never fail.

THOUGHTS:

Today, I challenge you to allow the Lord to be your guiding light in all matters of daily living. He is our spiritual thirst quencher.

REFERENCE:

For a long time Israel was without the true God, without a priest to teach and without the law. But in their distress they turned to the LORD, the God of Israel, and sought him, and he was found by them. 2 Chronicles 15:3-4

THOUGHTS:

Today, I challenge you to seek after and turn to the Lord for all your needs. The end result will never look the same as ours.
