REFERENCE:

If you forsake the LORD and serve foreign gods, he will turn and bring disaster on you and make an end of you, after he has been good to you. Joshua 24:20

THOUGHTS:

Today, I challenge you to never turn your back on the Lord to serve others. He is the only consistent and faithful one to us, and love loves us unconditionally. 

REFERENCE:

Jabez cried out to the God of Israel, “Oh, that you would bless me and enlarge my territory! Let your hand be with me, and keep me from harm so that I will be free from pain.” And God granted his request. 1 Chronicles 4:10

THOUGHTS:

Today, I challenge you to shout out to the Lord and seek Him for guidance, freedom, and safety that only He can provide. 

REFERENCE:

For we live by faith, not by sight. 2 Corinthians 5:6

THOUGHTS:

Today, I challenge you to be led by faith and not by feelings or emotions based on what you see.

REFERENCE:

But if serving the LORD seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your ancestors served beyond the Euphrates, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the LORD. Joshua 24:15

THOUGHTS:

Today, I challenge you to make a choice to serve our Lord or some foreign god. There is only one Lord and Savior that gives life.

REFERENCE:

Submit to God and be at peace with him;
in this way prosperity will come to you. Job 22:21

THOUGHTS:

Today, I challenge you to submit your will to His will and watch your soul and life enter into prosperity.

REFERENCE:

He has saved us and called us to a holy life—not because of anything we have done but because of his own purpose and grace. This grace was given us in Christ Jesus before the beginning of time. 2 Timothy 1:9

THOUGHTS:

Today, I challenge you to not ignore the call of walking and living a holy life unto Christ our Savior.

REFERENCE:

For the Father loves the Son and shows him all he does. Yes, and he will show him even greater works than these, so that you will be amazed. John 5:20

THOUGHTS:

Today, I challenge you to be convinced that there is more to be expected from our Lord and Savior because He does great things. This is necessary so that you will taste and see that everything He does is good. 

REFERENCE:

Do not seek revenge or bear a grudge against anyone among your people, but love your neighbor as yourself. I am the LORD. Leviticus 19:18

Today, I challenge you to show the Lord what your love for others looks like.
