If #Christ can give us a “Yes” #promise, why give #Him a “ No” in committing to #His will?

REFERENCE:

For the Son of God, Jesus Christ, who was preached among you by us—by me and Silas and Timothy —was not “Yes” and “No,” but in him it has always been “Yes.” For no matter how many promises God has made, they are “Yes” in Christ. And so through him the “Amen” is spoken by us to the glory of God. 2 Corinthians 1:19-20

THOUGHTS:

Today, I challenge you to commit to saying yes to the Lord and His promises and saying no to your own will.

Can you determine if this is your rainy #season for the #blessings of the #Lord?…

REFERENCE:

The LORD will open the heavens, the storehouse of his bounty, to send rain on your land in season and to bless all the work of your hands. You will lend to many nations but will borrow from none.

THOUGHTS:

Today, I challenge you to position yourself in the Lord to receive the rain that is due to you in this season. It is certain to fall and will be more plentiful than expected.

How do we disqualify #sin and remain #alive in #Christ?…

REFERENCE:

In the same way, count yourselves dead to sin but alive to God in Christ Jesus. Romans 6:11

THOUGHTS:

Today, I challenge you to be alive in Christ and reject sin daily. Walking in Christ will require steps in holiness and righteousness. Be aware, but also willing and able to set aside the weight of the world and the cost that comes with it.

Is it hard to speak the #truth about the #Lord to each other?…

REFERENCE:

Friend deceives friend,
and no one speaks the truth.
They have taught their tongues to lie;
they weary themselves with sinning.
You live in the midst of deception;
in their deceit they refuse to acknowledge me,”
declares the LORD. Jeremiah 9:5-6

THOUGHTS:

Today, I challenge you to always speak the truth about the Lord and banish any lies or falsehoods from among you.
