What gain is there if we avoid or ignore the #commandments of the #Lord?…

REFERENCE:

And if you will indeed obey my commandments that I command you today, to love the LORD your God, and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul, he will give the rain for your land in its season, the early rain and the later rain, that you may gather in your grain and your wine and your oil. Deuteronomy 11:13

THOUGHTS:

Today, I challenge you to choose simple obedience rather than complicated disobedience. For they both produce different outcomes. The Lord is ready, willing and able to bless us, according to our heart.

What will it take to #maintain our #godly #character?…

REFERENCE:

For this very reason, make every effort to supplement your faith with virtue, and virtue with knowledge, and knowledge with self-control, and self-control with steadfastness, and steadfastness with godliness, and godliness with brotherly affection, and brotherly affection with love. For if these qualities are yours and are increasing, they keep you from being ineffective or unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. 2 Peter 1:5-8

THOUGHTS:

Today, I challenge you to maintain your godly character, for the sake of your soul. No reward in this world is greater than our final reward in Him.

What has your #faith done for you lately?…

REFERENCE:

Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen. For by it the people of old received their commendation. By faith we understand that the universe was created by the word of God, so that what is seen was not made out of things that are visible. Hebrews 11:1-3

THOUGHTS:

Today, I challenge you to confirm if you have the assured faith that is necessary to move mountains.

Where is the position of #victory if we are not tested through various #trials and circumstances?…

REFERENCE:

In this you rejoice, though now for a little while, if necessary, you have been grieved by various trials, so that the tested genuineness of your faith—more precious than gold that perishes though it is tested by fire—may be found to result in praise and glory and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ. 1 Peter 1:6,7

THOUGHTS:

Today, I challenge you, to stand firm, walk and not faint because the reward is greater than your present. Your faith is your signal of hope.

Has the world given us #fear, #doubt and #disbelief as a permanent idol ?….

REFERENCE:

You shall not make idols for yourselves or erect an image or pillar, and you shall not set up a figured stone in your land to bow down to it, for I am the LORD your God. Leviticus 26:1

THOUGHTS:

Today, I challenge you to refrain from the false image that fear has created in your life. The world has proven to be a place of uncertainty that leads to disappointment. We have the power and authority to refuse, reject and deny anything that does not line up with greatness.

Should we be concerned about being accepted and loved by insignificant people?….

REFERENCE:

See what kind of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God; and so we are. The reason why the world does not know us is that it did not know him. 1 John 3:1

THOUGHTS:

Today, I challenge you, to not be concerned or worried about your position in this world. Our Lord is a significant God and we are attached to Him. We sometimes look to insignificant people which results in insignificant love and acceptance. Let us continue to be reminded of who we belong to and the reason we do. There is a divine purpose behind it all.

Do you #think that your #prayer was not #heard?…

REFERENCE:

Behold, the LORD’S hand is not shortened, that it cannot save,
or his ear dull, that it cannot hear. Isaiah 59:1

THOUGHTS:

Today, I challenge you to listen carefully, so that you do not miss the voice of the Lord and the results of your prayer. He is always working behind the scenes. Do not miss it because it is soon to come. Be encouraged today.
