#Full #obedience unto #God #equals full #benefits

REFERENCE:

If you are willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land; but if you refuse and rebel, you shall be eaten by the sword; for the mouth of the Lord has spoken. (Isaiah 1:19-20)

THOUGHTS:

When we obey, we submit. When we submit, we come under authority. Is it the same authority as submitting to man rather than God? Mankind can supply the temporary benefits of this time but they are just “temporary”. It is by far a blessing to receive the full benefits as compensation when working a full time position. However, are we willing to put in a full days work as it relates to the things of God and His kingdom? The reward is nothing compared to that of the  temporal compensation of this world. His benefits package is eternal and not everyone has access. When we enter into the contract of salvation, we become permanent staff  members of the Kingdom. Our duty is to serve Him and solicit salvation for his glory. Part time work results in part time compensation. We cannot expect the full manifestation of his blessings on a part time “when I feel like” schedule. Today, I challenge you to terminate your part time position in the flesh and work full time in the spirit.

Broken #floor #tiles are for #broken #people that #walk on them …

REFERENCE:

Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall hurt you. (Luke 10:19)

THOUGHTS:

Why do we walk and contend with the things of this age that have no beneficial outcome? Do we recognize how destructive it can be when we allow people, places and things to consume our very being? If we deposit anger, hate, strife, jealousy, unforgiveness and confusion into a bank, they will be our return of investment. The real question is, when was the last time you deposited the things of this world into an actual bank? The answer would probably be never because it is impossible to do so. In the same regard, it is impossible to benefit from this way of living. It has “0” value. Also, how can we benefit from the kingdom of God and please him? When we come up against the formalities of this present time, we have to acknowledge them but reject them in the same token. They do not possess us and we cannot allow ourselves to possess them. There is a Father in heaven that has granted us permission of His divine authority, to step over circumstances and not step into them. Sometimes, given certain circumstances, the enemy is the reflection in the mirror but we cannot allow it to take over. Today, I challenge you to utilize your God given power to eliminate any cuts and abrasions that may hinder our righteous living.

The #expectation is nothing #compared to the #great #reward and #promise…

REFERENCE:

Come and see what God has done: he is awesome in his deeds toward the children  of man. (Psalms 66:5)

THOUGHTS:

He is awesome in power and might. Who can be compared to this? Have we found someone other than the Lord who can set free, deliver and manifest greatness in the earth? There are no substitutions or replacements for what the Lord can and will do. Every situation and circumstance is temporary but the Lord’s promises are “yes and amen.” Today, the challenge is within us to oppose anything that is not of the heavenly realm. It is up to us to reject and deny it.

If #we are #absent from #Him then #where are we #presently?

REFERENCE:

You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore. (Psalms 16:11)

THOUGHTS:

To be present with someone is to be constant but to be absent is to be obsolete. When we are obsolete, there is emptiness that leaves us null and void. However, to choose between the two determines our destiny. Today, I challenge you to position yourself in the complete presence of God. For He gives life and anything or anyone contrary to that pursues a life of destruction.

#Remove the #garments of #hate and #anger and #clothe yourselves with #compassion…

REFERENCE:

Put on then, as God’s chosen, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness and patience.        (Colossians 3:12)

THOUGHTS:

Undress your heart of all fleshly desires, malice, hate and unforgiveness. Instead, put on the garment of love which covers a multitude of any demonic forces and attacks. Today, I challenge you to love your fellow neighbor as the Lord loves us unconditionally.

#Hold onto the #rope of #faith and #let #go of the rope of #doubt and #uncertainty…

REFERENCE:

Let us hold fast the confession of hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful. (Hebrews 10:23)

THOUGHTS:

What are we holding onto that produces little hope and promises? A tightrope and a loose mind have nothing in common. You either hope in everything or fail for anything. Where is our hope located? Have we adjusted to circumstances and situations that have no actual outcome or promise? There is only One who is faithful in this spiritual relationship. Today, I challenge you to hold onto the rope and not straddle it. For  God, above all things, will see us through in areas that we cannot.

What does your #appetite #desire on #today?…

REFERENCE:

Praise the Lord! Blessed is the man who fears the Lord, who greatly delights in his commandments! (Psalms 112:1)

THOUGHTS:

Does the delight and fear of this world compare to that of God? Are we commanded by and fearful of the powers of this present time we are in? Have we substituted our spiritual appetite for the temporary possessions of this world and those who rule in it?  Have we decided to turn the plate of this world upside down? Today, I challenge you to reject man and his opposition to God. For when we do this and fear God, we obtain blessings and umerited favor.

#Build your #hope in #Christ and do not let the #world build #you…

REFERENCE:

As for the rich in this present age, charge them not to be haughty, nor to set their hopes on the uncertainty of riches, but on a God, who richly provides us with everything to enjoy. ( 1 Timothy 6:17)

THOUGHTS:

When buying a home or saving money, we make an investment. These tools prove to be beneficial in the long run. However, they are essential to life but are still materialistic and have the possibility of disappointment and also disappearing over time. What are we building and investing in? Are there holes in our spiritual bags? Is there a spiritual malfunction in the tools and equipment that we are using.  Today, I challenge you to utilize the word of God to build and invest, so that we prosper in all things spiritually and eternally. Hope can only manifest with one step forward.

It #took #one #God and it only #takes one God…

REFERENCE:

Yet for us there is one God, the Father from whom are all things and for whom we exist, and one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom are things and through whom we exist. (1 Corinthians 8:6)

THOUGHTS:

If there was one answer to everything, why search for a second opinion or another option? It takes one response and one question. It takes one person to ask and one person to answer. Are we allowing or including other parties into our existence that have no real value? Biologically speaking, we were only given one father so why should we replace that which was already given? In the same regard, God our eternal Father is, was and will always be present. There is no substitute or replacement. Today, I challenge you to eliminate the option of  number two(2) in your life and look to the “One”. For with “one” God, there are many blessings.

Have we #forgotten #something or #someone in our #prayer #time?…

REFERENCE:

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and in supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.(Philippians 4:6)

THOUGHTS:

Prayer is not conditional unless we see our life in Christ as conditional. I cannot imagine a prayer life that’s based on conditional prayer. We have an intercessor that steps in on our behalf so that petitions are made and carried to completion. We are no longer enslaved to expectation in the natural realm. Today, I challenge you to put everything in prayer  before God and leave nothing excluded. The result is our benefits package and compensation of the things of the Kingdom.
