If we are #called to #duty, does the #mission #work for #us or #someone else?…

And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose. (Romans 8:28)

If we are given a task, what is the motive behind it? Does it glorify us or God? When there is a purpose, it can only prove to be greatness behind it. However, if we are not called by God, then what call did we answer mistakenly? Have we succeeded in the perfect will of God for our lives, those we love and those we come into contact with? Today, I challenge you to walk, live and speak your purpose as God has orchestrated, so that goodness goes before you.

When #mercies are #new, who is more #faithful?…

They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. (Lamentations 3:23)

Who is more faithful than a loved one or friend? Have we considered Christ to be  more faithful in and to us? If we vow to trust him, he will be faithful regardless of any circumstance. His presence alone makes new days fresh and old days obsolete. Today, I challenge you to saturate yourselves in his never ending faithfulness:

When do we #abort #sin from our #lives in order to #give #birth to #righteousness?…

If my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.  (2 Chr 7:14)

If we are in Christ, do we continue our path of uprightness even when we miss a step? Does the weight of sin in this world define who we are? Are we affected by the wicked forces of this age? Have we allowed the opportunity of evil to sneak in without even being aware of it? If we have turned to our own gods, then what do we expect in return? These are questions of thought that require action on our part if we would like to walk in holiness and right standing with Christ. It will produce a greater reward unimaginable. Today, I challenge and also encourage you to execute every force of wrongdoing in your lives. This will allow us to detach any association or attachment of evil from our path so that our land produces healing.

What happens when you #do not #call #Christ?…

Call to me and I will answer you, and will tell you great and hidden things that you have not known. (Jeremiah 33:3)

When we play hide and seek, after searching, we eventually find. In the same regard, if we call someone on the phone, our expectation is that the other party will pick up and answer. However, what happens when there is no answer? Do we leave a message or keep calling back? Today, I challenge you to keep calling and seeking Christ so that he answers your call.

Whatever you #eat will be your #diet…

Talk no more so very proudly, let no arrogance come from your mouth; for the Lord is a God of knowledge, and by him actions are weighed. (1 Samuel 2:3)

Is the word of God your appetite? Are we really what we eat and digest? Have we substituted our spiritual diet to that of an unfulfilling and non-nutritious diet? What have we accomplished in the process? Today, I challenge you to dispose  of the excess fat gained from this world.

If #God is #our #salvation, do we still #embrace #fear?…

Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and will not be afraid; for the Lord God is my strength and my song, and he has become my salvation. (Isaiah 12:2)

Who and what is our salvation at this point in our lives? Do we know what salvation truly means? Is it a temporary means of access to contentment? How do we interpret and incorporate fear in place of salvation. Today, I challenge you with questions only.

Who is #righteous and where is #faith #located?…

But my righteous one shall live by faith, and if he shrinks back, my soul has no pleasure in him. (Heb 10:38)

At present, do we justify our righteousness by words or actions? Does our faith in Christ dictate our destiny? Have we succeeded in righteousness only and not faith? It all relies solely on our purpose to live in Christ. Today, I challenge you to apply righteousness and faith so that we are not disregarded by Christ.

How is #peace #determined and #who #gives it to #us?

And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:7)

If peace is provide to us do we embrace it or dispose of it? How do we interpret our version of peace? Does it cover us in every area of our lives? Maybe we comprehend peace on a conditional basis? For the sake of the kingdom of God, I encourage you to think in the mindset of serenity. Today, I challenge you to only allow the peace of Christ to reign in and around you.
