Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: the old is gone, The old is gone and the new is here!(2 Cor 5:17)

Old and New cannot be combined. There is no commonality between the two. The old will be cancelled by the new. The two cannot intertwine. The new is more vibrant and radiant. The old is worn and torn. Over time it will fall apart. Our mission is to continue putting on the new that Christ has clothed us with. The challenge is to return the old garment of the mind and soul to its permanent place.
